like the moon's pull on the ocean which creates tides, our grief moves in waves.

this deep listening sound bath meditation features a series of movements, shifting between sorrow, love, acceptance & playfulness before fading out to the natural sound of water, guiding us into our flowing bodies.

the vocals serve as an anchor back home to ourselves as we move through these phases.

like the movement & reverberations of the tides, we are reminded of the ever-changing, ever-transforming nature of things.

Ambient synth sounds galore, all awash in delay and reverb and being manipulated in real time by a master at synthesis. The music here may be repeated phrases, but each repetition brings something new whether it's additional effects or filter cutoffs or resonance boosts. No beats necessary.
