join us as we explore the realms of the root and solar plexus chakras, the earth and fire of our inner cosmic landscape - the source of transformation - the meeting place of willpower, of action, of our divine purpose

here is the galactic center - the original womb - the portal that connects us to SOURCE - the microcosmic earth within us

this primordial place is a portal to our highest selves

suggested listening ritual ::

headphones encouraged - find a comfortable place to sit or lay down

take a deep breath into your root chakra at the base of your spine

as you inhale, allow the breath to move up to your solar plexus chakra just below the sternum

allow the breath to take up space here

with every inhalation, allow your body to sink more deeply into the floor beneath you - giving your entire weight to the earth - stay here for a few moments

now bring your awareness to any areas of tension or stuckness or places where you may be holding

with every exhalation along with the reverberating cascade of synths and crystal singing bowls, release any areas of stagnation, allowing them to return to the earth so they can be transformed into something beautiful
